Ordering and Carriage
Please read the following, as when you place an order you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions which form the contract between us:
We will always do our very best to give you the most reliable and efficient service.
Goods can be sent by a variety of methods to suit your individual needs or can be collected by prior arrangement.
Carriage costs:
UK
We use the best carriers available and will always choose the most cost effective method of delivery which will be charged at cost for orders under £250 (net).
Orders over £250 are carriage free.
1 express pack up to 5kg
£8.00 next day delivery
1 parcel up to 30 kilos
£8.50 next day delivery
£7.50 two day delivery
2 parcels up to 60 kilos
£16.00 next day delivery
£14.00 two day delivery
3 parcels up to 90 kilos
£21.50 next day delivery
£18.00 two day delivery
4 parcels up to 120 kilos
£25.50 next day delivery
£21.50 two day delivery
These charges are for mainland UK only excluding Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and all offshore islands.
For an extra charge special deliveries are possible on a before 10.30am, before 12.30
Goods that are ordered by 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day for a next day service.
We will always do our very best to send goods on a next day service, if required, but please note the latest time for ordering this service is 2.30pm.
Goods can be left without a signature by our couriers upon your request. Please indicate clearly where the goods can be left under cover in dry conditions. We do not accept responsibility for goods that are stolen or damaged once left by the couriers.
The Shoeing Lab LTD do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from goods not arriving on time however caused.

We use the best carriers available and will always choose the most cost effective method of delivery which will be charged at cost:

2-3 day service – £13.00 per 30kg parcel
Austria, Denmark, Switzerland
3-4 day service –£15.50 per 30kg parcel
Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
3-4 day service – £18.00 per 30kg parcel
Croatia,Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia
4-5 day service – £20.50 per 30kg parcel
Norway, Iceland, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Romania, Serbia
4-5 day service – £35.00 per 30kg parcel
Canary Islands, Russian Federation
3-4 day service – £80.00 per 30kg parcel
Customs clearance charged where applicable at £30.00 per consignment.
Carriage rates for larger orders available on request.
Certain Items are NOT included under our free carriage rules; Forges, Anvils, and Steel
These will be priced according to weight and the customer will be contacted with a quote for shipping prior to dispatch.

Customs Information
When ordering products from The Shoeing Lab for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Shoeing Lab LTD, you are considered the 'Importer of Record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.
Back orders
If goods are not in stock you will be contacted and offered the closest alternative.
Payment
All goods remain the property of The Shoeing Lab LTD until paid for in full.
We accept payment by bank transfer and the following cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Electron.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We will always try to inform you of any such changes.
Returns
If the goods supplied are faulty we reserve the right in sole judgement to replace or refund the value of the goods. We will always try to be fair and helpful in any such situation, however, the goods must be returned to us before any decision can be made. The Shoeing Lab reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether any goods are defective.
Liability
Except where the law provides otherwise, our liability to you for any loss or damage which results from the supply of goods and/or services is limited to the cost of the goods and/or services supplied.
We do not accept liability for loss of profit (whether direct or consequential), loss or damage to property or chattels, loss of amenity or enjoyment or any other loss whatsoever.
General Information
The Shoeing Lab LTD continually aims to improve our products and so design changes may be made at any time. The Shoeing Lab LTD will endeavour to keep this website up to date but information and designs provided on this website are for your information only and are subject to change without notice.
Any pictures on this website are as accurate as possible, but there are technical limitations, and due to the nature of the Shoeing Lab LTD products and the quality of the raw materials, slight variations in colour and texture must be expected.
The Shoeing Lab LTD will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to this website, but due to the nature of the Internet and other factors, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All emails shall be to the address you provide to us. Please inform us of any changes.
Your username and password are personal to you and should not be transferred.
Any breach of security of a password or username must be notified to us immediately.
