MoreTurf are designed for the modern thoroughbred race market as a “permaplate”. MoreTurf are drop forged aluminium for strength and tempered for durability in a traditional “EC Queens plate” pattern with a wider web for additional support and seated out for sole pressure relief.  MoreTurf has 7 nail holes per side with the nail hole pattern following the white line. Both front and hind pattern benefit from a strong yet proportionately sized toe clipped and a mild steel insert is fitted flush with rim at the toe, increasing wear without adding traction.
